五年前拍摄“对一条河流的命名”时，为了寻找盘龙江两条支流的交汇处，我试图在此地过河，然而差点被水冲走。这成为了我无法绕开的一次感知事件。2018年，时过境迁，在一个寒冷的冬夜，我回到曾经的渡河处，扛着一根木头完成了之前没有完成的穿越。

Five years ago, while photographing 'The Naming of a River', I tried to cross the Panlong river here to find the confluence of its two tributaries, but was almost washed away. This became a perceptual event that I could not get around. In 2018, I returned to the river crossing on a cold winter night, carrying a wood log to complete the crossing that I failed before.
